How Do I Change The User's Permission For Each Podcast?

You are able to change each user's permission for specific podcasts depending on your preferences by first accessing the podcast you wish to edit and clicking on the settings on the right as shown below.

The next step is to click on "Permissions", you will now be able to see all the users and their predefined role.

Choose the user you wish to edit, select their new role, and finally click on "Save". 

Changing the permission for a specific podcast will not affect the user's role for other podcasts, the same user can be an Administrator for one podcast, and a Viewer or an Editor for other podcasts.
