What is the New 'Interactions' Feature and How Does It Improve Audience Engagement?

We are excited to introduce the new “Interactions” feature on our dashboard, designed to enhance your experience as a creator. With Podcast Ratings, Episodes Comments, and Episodes Likes, you can now get valuable insights into how your audience is engaging with your content.
These tools provide a more comprehensive understanding of your podcast's impact and offer new ways to connect with your listeners.

• Podcast Ratings: Podcast Ratings allow listeners to rate an entire podcast series. The ratings are displayed as an average score out of 5, based on all user submissions.
  You can view the ratings for your podcast on the dashboard under "Interactions", and “Podcast Ratings”. It shows the average rating and the number of ratings received.
  
  
• Episodes Comments: Episode comments allow listeners to leave feedback or share their thoughts on individual podcast episodes.
  This feature is a great way for you to engage with your audience.
  Comments can be viewed under “Interactions", and “Episodes Comments” on the dashboard. They are organized by episode, making it easy to see what listeners say about each episode.
  
  
• Episodes Likes: Episodes Likes allow listeners to express their appreciation for a specific episode. The number of likes for each episode is displayed on the dashboard under “Interactions", and “Episodes Likes”.
